How It Works...
Step One: Schedule A Connection Call.
The purpose of the connection call is simply to make a connection—whether you have a deal at the moment or are currently on the hunt. It’s an opportunity to let me know what you’re looking for, how I could be of service to you, and to see if it makes sense to take the next step.
Step Two: Send Me Your Deal Packet.
If you have a Deal Packet and/or a Credibility Packet, you’ll have an opportunity to send that to me before our meeting, or any time after. (Just shoot me an email at [email protected].)
Step Three: Vetting & Underwriting.
As a connector, I have a responsibility to my private money lenders to vet each borrower and underwrite any new deal I bring to them. If it turns out it's not a good fit for my network of PMLs, I can still refer you to other sources of funding that may help get your deal done.
Step Four: Making The Connections.
If the deal makes sense, I’ll help you get it 100% funded. It may come entirely from private money, or a mix of hard money, private money, institutional loans, and lines of credit. My compensation is based on the results I'm able to get you, and I don’t get paid unless and until you get funded.
Step Five: Get Funded And Do Your Deal!
Now it's time for you to shine as the investor! I will stay involved in the deal, and make sure your private money lenders/partners are kept in the loop and up-to-date on the status of the project. I can also be a resource for helping bring solutions to the table in case problems arise.
